First Six Months

  • Meet monthly with your supervisor for one-on-one performance discussions.
  • Review six-month performance evaluation with your supervisor.

Conclusion

Thank you for participating in UNM’s online New Employee Experience. You will also be receiving a follow up survey in 30 days once you’ve had a chance to settle into your new role and team.  Your valuable feedback will help us improve the online New Employee Experience.  GO LOBOS!

Required Virtual Information Session

Once you have completed “Your Lobo Journey” and have reviewed each section of the New Employee Experience Website, you will receive an email inviting you to the required virtual information session from EOD.  The sessions are scheduled every Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30 a.m. If the Wednesday falls on a holiday, you will attend the following week's session. 

This interactive Zoom session will be hosted by EOD and will include team members from the following departments who can answer your important questions as a new UNM employee:

  • UNM Client Services
  • Employee & Organizational Development (EOD)
  • UNM Payroll
  • Benefits & Employee Wellness
  • UNM Technology & Systems
  • UNM Parking & Transportation (PATS)
  • UNM Employee Support Services
